New arrival

Our friend and occasional commenter Honukai is apparently having her baby this afternoon; the kid's no respecter of the BYU-UH game tradition, it seems. I know no more about it than what the Bunny has posted, so don't ask me for details; just wish her success and a speedy recovery.

And, babies have no respect for sports. Our doctor's biggest worry with Katie's birth was missing the Superbowl.

Um, Ryan? Did you put Honukai's link up in the expectation she'd be blogging/journaling from the delivery room? Grins...

Labor's still going, but she's got her epidural and feelin' fine! :) The hospital room has ESPN, so daddy-to-be was quite happy. They're estimating the little one will be here by 10 pm HST. We'll see - babies are unpredictable like that!

Baby Sofia arrived this morning around 1:30 HST. She's 8 lbs 1 oz and 20.5 inches! :)

Mom will give a more accurate report, I'm sure. She was amused when I told her that Linkmeister posted here. She was like: how'd they know?! I gently reminded her that I had a blog, too. lol.
